The rod ends are all heat treated chrome-moly with Teflon races. All the
bolts are grade 8. The tapped holes for the rod ends all have stainless
steel HELI-COIL INSERTS for maximum strength.
Loosen one jam nut and rotate the adjuster to make extremely fine toe adjutments
on the car without unbolting any parts!
Note the corner gusset for additional
strength.
The TIG welded stainless steel mounting shafts are locked tightly into position in the bushings by the caps on the dog-legs and the front differential crossmember, you can also install screws through the caps to secure them further.
7/16" female rod ends are included for easy rear sway bar attachment
The miserable original Nissan spindle pins are replaced by grade
8 , zinc plated bolts and locknuts for attachment of the arms to the strut
housings.
We have just completed our big
4 day asphalt rally, which we won !!!.
Your LCAs worked really well
and we were able to get the car handling better than the Porsches. We created
rear toe in to get stability under heavy braking, we got plenty of castor
on the front for high speed stability and lots of negative camber for great
cornering.
With corner weighting, the car
flew over the bumps and crests and landed cleanly and smoothly.
We have the fastest normally
aspirated Zed in Australia.
Thanks for your great products.
Regards,
Chris Ferguson, Adelaide Australia
